Reason for Landscaping Renovation:
Property sloped towards water. Wanted to level it, build a fire pit, do an overhaul on the yard.
Total backyard renovation
Northern Shores Landscaping built a retaining wall with armour stone above the shoreline. Divided backyard into 2 levels, removing the slope towards the water.
Split-Level Yard
The property sloped from the backyard towards the beach. Northern Shores Landscaping built a retaining wall with armour stone and backfilled the yard to make it level. We installed stone steps up from the beach onto the level backyard. Posts were inserted into the ground and a rope fence was hung reminiscent of bygone day marinas.
Old gardens were removed, yard was backfilled, levelled and fresh sod was laid. We placed stone in the yard for a fire pit. We installed a flagstone walkway around the house from the front to the back. We installed a wooden fence along the walkway. This fence is a unique design, it’s not a privacy fence as the alternating boards and space make it able for you to view through it.
